I have been going here for my haircuts for well over five years. I have never had a worse haircut than today. I usually leave the shop with a quality haircut, and little complaints. Today, Megan cut my hair. She was very nice, but did not tell me what she had done to the back of my hair. She must have made a mistake and tried to fix it, with shaving almost 2 inches of the back of my hairline to the SKIN (around the ears and neck). I did not notice until I got home. If you look at my notes in my profile you will be sure to know I have NEVER requested this before and would never because it looks horrible! Megan did not offer me an MVP, and that was why I came today because I received a $6 off coupon in my email. I am now thinking she most likely wanted me out ASAP since she realized she messed up my hair so bad and was hoping I wouldn’t notice. I am extremely disappointed because she did not even tell me what she had done, nor did she show me the back of my hair with a mirror. This is highly unprofessional, as she should have owned up to her mistake instead of just trying to half-fix it without telling me. I will not be going back.
